Age Restriction

The 777bat Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting activity on the Platform.

Jurisdictional Eligibility

You are responsible for determining whether your use of the 777bat Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. By accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that online gaming is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you, and that you are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is illegal.

Capacity to Contract

You represent that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement and that you are not subject to any legal incapacity that would prevent you from using the Platform. Persons under legal guardianship who are prohibited from entering contracts may not use 777bat.

Registration Requirements

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• You must not impersonate any other person or use a false identity.
• You must not register on behalf of a third party.
• You must use a valid, active email address or mobile number that you own and control.
• You must create a strong, unique password and must not share it with any other person.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 777bat will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify 777bat support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Identity Verification (KYC)

777bat may request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, as well as proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No maximum deposit limit applies unless otherwise specified under a promotional offer.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 777bat account within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation. Delays caused by your payment provider are outside 777bat's control.
• 777bat does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that matches the name on your registered 777bat account.
• 777bat aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6), subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• 777bat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if there is a pending investigation related to your account, including suspected fraud or bonus abuse.

Prohibited Transactions

The 777bat Platform must not be used as a financial instrument or money transfer service. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to participate in gaming activity, and subsequently withdrawing those funds, is prohibited and may result in account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

General Bonus Conditions

• Each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in the individual offer terms.
• Bonus funds are credited to your bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money.
• The standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories vary. Slots typically contribute 100% toward wagering requirements; live casino games, crash games, and sportsbook bets may contribute less. Specific contribution rates are stated in each offer.

Bonus Abuse

777bat actively monitors accounts for patterns indicative of bonus abuse, including low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure. 777bat reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close accounts where abuse is detected. Determinations in this regard are made at 777bat's sole discretion.

Random Number Generation

All casino games on the 777bat Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology supplied by the game provider. Outcomes are independently determined and cannot be manipulated by 777bat or by any player. Historical results have no bearing on future outcomes.

Sportsbook and Betting Rules

• All bets placed on 777bat's sportsbook are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or voided, settlement rules specific to the market apply and are available in the sportsbook help section.
• Cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international fixtures follow standard cricket betting settlement rules.
• 777bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, including odds resulting from technical errors or data feed failures.
• Maximum payout limits per event and per market are detailed in the sportsbook terms and may vary by sport.

Prohibited Conduct

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion between players or with third parties to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited.
• Exploitation of software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings is prohibited. Any winnings obtained in this manner will be voided.
• Match-fixing or participation in any scheme involving the manipulation of sporting outcomes is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Platform Availability

777bat does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or free from errors. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond 777bat's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. 777bat will make reasonable efforts to minimise such disruptions.

Financial Losses

Gambling involves risk, and you may lose some or all funds deposited on the Platform. 777bat accepts no liability for financial losses incurred through normal use of the Platform. You acknowledge that you participate in gaming and betting activity entirely at your own risk and with funds you can afford to lose.

Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome or settlement of a game or bet, 777bat will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where resolution is not possible, the affected game round or bet may be voided and stakes returned. 777bat's decision in such matters is final.

Grounds for Termination

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable personal information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent activity, including unauthorised chargebacks, use of stolen payment methods, or identity fraud.
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating or unfair play.
• Abuse of bonuses or promotional offers.
• Use of the Platform by a person under 21 years of age.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Any activity that 777bat reasonably believes may constitute a criminal offence or violate applicable law.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777bat in relation to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether written or oral.

All formal notices and communications to 777bat must be sent to [email protected]. Notices to you will be delivered to the email address or mobile number associated with your registered account. Notices are deemed received 24 hours after sending, provided no delivery failure notification is received.

Waiver

No failure or delay by 777bat in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver of any particular breach does not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach of the same or any other provision.
